The Lincoln Lawyer

I read an article that said, the best way to watch a movie is to go into it without any expectation. No trailers, reviews, especially opinions from friends. So I’ve been doing just that.

The movie came out in 2011. It was (surprisingly) fantastic. It turned out to be suspense-filled with a twisted plot. But more than the story line, the music surprised me. It featured songs from artists like Bobby ‘Blue’ Band, Erick Sermon and Marvin Gaye, Citizen Cope, even Deadmau5 and Kaskade, and it ended with one of my Marlena Shaw favorites. (The last film that featured this, quite briefly, was The Italian Job)

Watch it and listen. You won’t be disappointed.

Peace.
